Reuse at Bristol Waste
At Bristol Waste, reuse has been a key part of our vision since our founding.
With your help, we have an opportunity to divert good-condition, clean and fit-for-purpose items from the waste stream and get them into the hands of people who can use them.
When you visit any of our household reuse and recycling centres you will find a reuse donation container where you can drop off items, as well as a Reuse Shop where you can purchase second-hand goods.
So far, across our 3 Reuse Shops we diverted over 350,000 unwanted items into reuse – through our shop customers and donations to our charity partners – keeping resources in use for longer.

Our Reuse Shops are open 5 days a week from 9.30am to 3.30pm at each of our household reuse and recycling centres
Donating to our Reuse Shops
Our Reuse Shops can’t function without Bristol residents like you donating clean, quality and usable items for others to enjoy.

Our charitable work
25% of the profits we make from our Reuse Shops go to charity.
The rest of the profits go back into running the reuse shops and supporting the community with a place to buy affordable quality items.
So whether you’re buying or donating items, you’re helping Bristol waste nothing.
